- Prepare the Package: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Include the original invoice in the package.
- Ship the Product: Send the package to our designated warehouse address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at returns@selleroid.com. Provide details of the issue and any relevant photos. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged item and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
